New Feature: Lawyers Helping Lawyers

Here at Today’s Family Lawyer we are always looking for ways in which to help legal professionals; from providing industry news, case details and the progress of legislation. We also offer a platform for professionals to publish articles on subjects they are particularly interested in or feel are of industry importance.

We are now introducing a new feature – Lawyers Helping Lawyers!

During our round table event it struck us how open industry professionals are to helping each other with difficult cases, either through recommendation of a person who had experience or how they would approach the situation themselves.

Therefore, each Friday we will put forward a situation a lawyer is having particular issues with, be it a unique client circumstance, or possibly a particularly stubborn client. We would then welcome responses from fellow professionals who are able to offer collaborative advice on how to deal with the situation.

If you have a situation you would like advice on, please let us know on press@todaysfamilylawyer.co.uk and we will put the question out to all our readers and subscribers.

Natasha Harding

Having previously worked as a wedding photographer for 14 years, a change in family circumstances gave me a taste for family law, particularly in divorce, child custody and especially parental alienation.

I am now doing an LLM in Legal Practise with the aim to work within the legal industry, specialising in family law.
