New Risk Management Framework For Law Firms
Specialist risk and compliance consultancy Legal Eye has brought together its 12 years of experience to create a comprehensive risk management framework designed specifically for law firms.
This new product from Legal Eye helps firms to mitigate risk and to improve on working practices and efficiencies by providing high quality template documents for firms to adapt to accurately reflect their own specific procedures.
Paul Saunders, Managing Director of Legal Eye, said:
“This is the first time that all of our associates’ comprehensive knowledge on creating a robust and practical risk management framework has been brought together in one place.
“Firms can now access a full framework of risk documents including policies, precedents and procedures covering the whole range of areas of major risk for firms. Alternatively firms can choose one or more of the seven areas covered by the framework according to their individual needs.
“We developed the product in response to demand for firms who wanted to create or update a framework for managing risk and ensuring compliance but who just don’t have the time or the specialist expertise to start from scratch. By accessing these off-the shelf documents, firms can save significant amounts of time while being assured of the quality of the materials.”
The risk management framework is split in to seven main areas: financial crime; data protection; general risk management; client care; matter management; IT; and finance.
Bundles of documents are also available which can be purchased as stand-alone packages, including anti-money laundering, criminal finances, GDPR and handling complaints.
All documents are available via Legal Eye’s policy store on its website [link] and can be downloaded immediately.
Should firms require additional help and advice in applying the documents and making them bespoke to the firm then Legal Eye can provide additional advice and support. For queries please contact [email protected] or call Dawn Stone on 020 3051 2049.
